Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.07.2014 on the accusation that he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and being searched one dagger was recovered from his conscious possession.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that prior to institution of the present case, no case has been registered against the petitioner but after institution of the present case, petitioner has been made accused in two other cases also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria P.S. Case no. 342/2014.
