Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the counter affidavit filed by the revisional authority a specific stand has been taken stating that the authority has already initiated encroachment proceedings for evicting the encroachers from the subject property. Learned counsel submits that in view of the same the present Writ Petition may be closed, however, directing the authorities to complete the proceedings in a time bound manner.

3. Having regard to the above, the present Writ Petition is closed directing the Respondents to complete the encroachment proceedings duly putting all parties on notice vide Encroachment Case No. 3 of 2024-25 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date
