Notice has already been served upon the opposite party no.2 but none appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the opposite party no.2 has re-married during pendency of this case with Md. Isahak @ Md. Isakh and because of the same, she is not appearing in this Court and the petitioner is unable to comply the order dated 04.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83798 of 2019.

In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed.
