Mr. KAUSHAL KR JHA, AAG-8 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case the petitioner is permitted to file an appeal against the order dated 25.02.2017 passed by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur.
In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner herein, the petitioner is permitted to file an appeal against the order dated 25.02.2017, which the appellate authority shall dispose off within six weeks thereafter by a speaking and reasoned order. It is further directed that since the matter was pending before this Court, the appellate authority would consider condoning the delay in filing the appeal favourably. The writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
