2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 504, 506, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and his family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have sustained injury. He submits that both the parties are agnate and there is land dispute between the parties. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bangra P.S. Case No. 87 of 2024.
