It is alleged that on the order of this petitioner, Munnu Kumar Singh, Abhimanyou Singh @ Jhunki, Brajesh Singh and Bambam Singh assaulted the informant and his sons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that assailant Bambam Singh has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 8756 of 2014 when the accusation of assault is not alleged against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
