Case No. 339 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Prosecution case is of recovery of 36 litres of liquor from behind shop of co-accused.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that four persons are named in the FIR and shop does not belong to the petitioner and he is in custody for more than one month, having no criminal antecedent and is ready to co-operate in investigation.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional
