A show-cause has been filed, from which it emerges that claim for regularization of petitioner no. 2 has been rejected. For petitioner no. 3, it has been accepted. For petitioner no. 1, there is an enquiry going on with regard to his Intermediate certificate in Bihar School Examination Board. No sooner they receive the report, final decision will be taken with regard to the case of petitioner no. 1 as well. The Managing Director would be well advised to follow up
