Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ application the substantive grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. He submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file representation before the respondent No. 7, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the calculation or any omission in calculating the claim of the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5822 of 2017(2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 In case the petitioner files such representation before the respondent No. 7, the District Programme Officer within one month from today, the respondent no. 7 will examine the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that there is any error in the calculation of the dues of the petitioner, examine the claim objectively and pass final order within three months from the date of order on such representation and ensure payment of admitted dues on such representation.
