====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time, while a meeting was going on at the house of the informant, all

No.2991 of 2023(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 the accused persons including these petitioners, armed with deadly weapons, came and started assaulting the informant by means of the weapons. It is further alleged that, on the point of pistol, they snatched some cash and gold chains from the members of the committee. It is alleged that cause of occurrence is that earlier, Turkauliya (Banjariya) P. S. Case No. 355 of 2021 was filed by the informant against the accused persons and after getting bail, the accused persons started threatening him to compromise or withdraw the case and when the informant refused to do so, they assaulted him.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to old enmity. It is next submitted that the injured has sustained only one injury.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation and genesis of the occurrence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
