The petitioners seek regular bail in Gaunaha P.S.Case No. 108 of 2014 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 427, 307, 379 , 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, Nand Kishore Chaurasia, named the petitioners and others and alleged that Shashi Bhushan assaulted him with Farsa. When his uncle came to save, Munna Prasad Chaurasia assaulted him with Farsa. The uncle of the informant died. Petitioner no.2- Arun Kumar Chaurasia is alleged to have assaulted Chandan Kumar Chaurasia, the nephew of the informant and petitioner no.1 is alleged to have assaulted Shambhu Prasad

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is counter version being Gaunaha P.S.case No. 109 of 2014. Chandan and Shambhu got simple injuries. The petitioners are not the assailant of the deceased.
Having considered the fact that the petitioners are not the assailants of Sahdeo Chaurasia, the deceased, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, West Champaran, Bettiah, in Gaunaha P.S.Case no. 108 of 2014.
