2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.11.2019 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P. S. Case No. 35 of 2019 (Annexure-P/3) by which cognizance for the offences under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act has been taken against the petitioner.
3. From perusal of the order impugned, it is apparent that the order of cognizance dated 18.11.2019 has been passed after perusing the charge-sheet, case diary and other materials available on record and as such, this court does not find any illegality in the order impugned.
