JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 382/2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner was arrested while fleeing away from the car, from which, 250.920 litres of liquor was recovered. It appears that petitioner is accused in two more cases, out of which, one case is under Excise Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion and he has falsely been implicated in this case and has been in custody since 10.11.2019.
