2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 806 of 2024, registered under Sections 103, 111(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. for calling the deceased. Thereafter, the deceased was killed. During investigation, injured witness has given the graphic details of the murder having been committed by the petitioner and others who had planned together because of the disputes over liquor business. The petitioner had participated in the killing of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the serious nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this bail application is dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
