The petitioner is accused in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2012, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on 01.07.2015, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20379 of 2015, with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months and if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. There is no progress in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6387 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 trial as the trial Court has not examined any prosecution witnesses. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2012. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd A.D.J., Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Sessions Trial No. 424 of 2012 (Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2012.
