The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Madanpur P. S. Case No. 07 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners were hanging the sign board on the shop encroaching some portions of the shop of the informant and for that some altercation took place. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant. Shashi Kumar assaulted the informant with iron rod. The petitioners and others are also alleged to have assaulted the nephew of the informant. It appears that there is no specific allegation of assault

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12742 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 against the petitioners and on account of some petty dispute for hanging the signboard, the occurrence took place. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Madanpur P. S. Case No. 07 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
