Petitioner is in custody in connection with in Gaya RPF Case No. 26 of 2019 for the offence under section 3 of the R.P. (U.P.) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of computer system and its parts at Railway Station, Gaya.
Learned counsel submits that in fact nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is driver and he was not aware of the fact that monitor was in the vehicle driven by him.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Gaya RPF Case No. 26 of 2019.
