JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2022 At the outset, counsel for petitioner submits that in the address column of petitioner the district has been wrongly typed as Madhepura in place of Saharsa and therefore, seeks permission to correct the same.
Permission is accorded. The necessary correction may be done during course of the day.
Heard both parties.
The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 644 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 212, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, one laptop has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and he was arrested on the spot.

No.3019 of 2022(4) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. The said laptop belongs to this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 644 of 2021.
