2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. The victim girl in her statement made under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she had gone with the petitioner to New Delhi on her own.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 10.3.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023.
