The petitioner is an accused in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2013, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Saran at Chapra. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court on 09.09.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18998 of 2015 taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner, who throw Bhalla on the chest of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6243 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner, above named, is rejected. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months.
