2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 109, 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. On account of dispute over path-way, a quarrel took place between the parties in which it is alleged that co-accused Jitendra Pal fired from his pistol which hit upon informant due to which he sustained injury. This petitioner is only alleged to have threatened informant. No specific over-act has been alleged against this petitioner. He has got clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the fact that specific accusation of firing is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1725 of 2025(2) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 against co-accused Jitendra Pal and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
