Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

From perusal of the impugned order itself it transpires that the appellant was released by the police on personal bond under Section 41-1 of the Cr. P.C. As such, there is no apprehension of arrest of the appellant.

Accordingly, this appeal is not maintainable, which is dismissed as such.

If the appellant surrenders and seeks regular bail, the learned court below shall consider his regular bail petition on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the appellant within the stipulated time provided in para 2
