Case No. 399 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 10.09.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua at Kaimur in connection with Mohania P.S.
