The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioners are alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of 'Special Survey Amin' on the basis of forged and fabricated documents. It is submitted that petitioners have denied the prosecution case and submitted that after proper verification petitioners were appointed to the post of Special Survey Amin. Moreover, petitioners were terminated from the service. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5394 of 2023(2) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 621 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
