The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner attempted to kiss the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.09.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is
