The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Isuapur P.S. Case No.258 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the petitioner is not the owner of the seized vehicle.

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

No.3961 of 2020(10) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No.258 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
