1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No.456/2022, arising out of (C.No. 1376/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., the Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners as informant alleges that her husband was killed by the accused persons including the petitioners. Further, the petitioners also have antecedents of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5182 of 2024(2) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 three cases. No doubt the informant is not an eyewitness to the occurrence but then the investigation is going on.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners stands rejected.
