(a) For that order dated 3/3/2017 passed by Collector Khagaria in Second Appeal may be quashed.

(d) During pendency of Writ application respondent Nos. 7 to 12 may be restrained to construct the work of building upon the land in question."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Khagaria for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.
