2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 167/2021 in Sessions Trial No. 466/2022 registered on 03.12.2021 lodged under Sections 147/142/341/324/323/325/307/302 of the I.P.C. which has been rejected vide order dated 06.09.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 25630/2022 and vide order dated 29.03.2023 vide Cr. Misc No. 65933 of 2022 with liberty to the Trial Court to expedite the Trial.

3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2021 having two criminal antecedents. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no likelihood of completion of trial in near future. So keeping the petitioner in custody shall

4. Learned counsel for the informant opposes to prayer for bail and submits that five witnesses have been examined till date and trial is likely to be concluded in near future.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present fact and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. As such, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
