2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 230 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that one Raju Singh has fired on the right side of the chest of informant's brother and as he fell down, other accused persons also fired. In the last part of the FIR, it is alleged that after this, the petitioner along with others were exhorting the accused persons for firing and that they ran away after making firing.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that as per the version of the FIR, the only role attributed to the petitioner is that after the firing by the main assailants, the petitioner, along with others, exhorted the other accused persons to fire, whereas the specific allegation of opening fire has been leveled against the other accused persons. There is no allegation against the petitioner of firing. He further submits that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 11.11.2025.
5. The application for bail is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the informant and the learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with
