The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 354(B), 324, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the F.I.R named accused persons abused and molested the sister-in-law of the informant. The accused persons also

A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner bringing on record the impugned order.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at earlier point of time, the petitioner's side lodged a case against the informant's side. Hence, in order to put pressure upon the petitioner's side, this false case has been registered against the petitioner. There is no injury report on record.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.
