JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2023 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Nawanagar, Buxar, to dispose off the pending Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2014-15.
Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Nawanagar, Buxar, to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 1 of 201415, if not already concluded, by passing the final order under
Patna High Court CWJC No.3462 of 2017(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
