By the impugned order, dated 11.07.2018, passed in Title Suit No. 48 of 2012, the respondents-intervenors have been impleaded as party-defendants in the suit on the ground that in the absence of the respondents-intervenors, the suit cannot be decided effectively and completely.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner-plaintiff submits that the suit has been filed for correction of plot numbers mentioned in the sale deed, which was purchased by the plaintiff in the year 1955.

Having regard to the submission made by learned
