====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2025 Heard Mr. Kamlesh Kishore, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Giri, learned counsel for the opposite party no.1.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 13.08.2024 to the extent that in Paragraph No. 2, 'Principal Secretary, Social Welfare, Government of Bihar' has been typed, whereas it should have been typed as "The Secretary, Karuna Jivika Mahila Sampurn Singh, Balesra".

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, I find it proper to delete "Principal Secretary, Social Welfare,

Patna High Court MJC No.173 of 2025(4) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 Government of Bihar' from Paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 13.08.2024 and the same be substituted by "The Secretary, Karuna Jivika Mahila Sampurn Singh, Balesra".

4. The order dated 13.08.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent. The other parts of the order shall remain intact. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U
