The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 406, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. The petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- but due to poverty he could not deposit the same. It is submitted that petitioner is paying Rs. 500/- (five hundred) per month for maintenance of his wife. Considering the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsing Sarai at Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 223 of 2011.
