The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, while the informant had gone to get petrol at the petrol pump, the accused persons on two motorcycles looted various articles from his possession. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has not been put on T.I. parade. He is in custody since 25.9.2020 and his case stands on a similar footing to that of co-accused Krishna Rai

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14060 of 2021(3) dt.05-08-2021 2/2 who has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 16.7.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24702 of 2021 and that of co-accused Rahul Pandey who has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 15.7.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21883 of 2021. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the grant of bail to co-accused and the investigation in the case having concluded without putting the petitioner on T.I. parade, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case no. 271 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara.
