The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S.case No.144 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 420, 406, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioner abused the informant and also tried to assault her and there is also allegation of having physical relation with the informant . Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation of rape is of prior to two years. He is in custody since 17.7.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with S. Tr. No.485 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
