2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024 lodged on 01.05.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against eight named accused persons including the present petitioners against whom there is an allegation that they have poisoned the sister of the informant due to which she died.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Counsel for the petitioners submits that case dairy has been called for and in the case dairy, postmortem report is attached in which it has come therein that neither any external nor internal injuries are found on the body and report regarding cause of death has been reserved till receiving of the FSL report. Counsel further submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 4 are married nanad, whereas, petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are gotni of the deceased and all are living separately since long in the mess and business. Counsel submits that it is an absolutely case of suicide due to frustration as husband of the victim used to reside outside India.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.
