The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the informant's brother was killed by several accused persons by causing firearm injury. The FIR was lodged against 7 named accused persons as the informant known to them. The reason behind the occurrence is that on the information of deceased absconder accused Jodhan Bhagan was arrested. Name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of coaccused Nitish Kumar.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1456 of 2015 (02) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confession of co-accused there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City (Patna) in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014.
