The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft of motorcycle is against unknown. The said motorcycle was recovered from the house of co-accused Upendra Ram.

Since there is no direct material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, who has got no criminal antecedent, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Case No.337 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as subject to the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
