Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 721 of 2021 (Special Excise Case No. 6474 of 2021) registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 08.10.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and are persons with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 350 litres of liquor from a Tempo.

Learned APP opposes the bail application of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted and are persons with clean antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 721 of 2021 (Special Excise Case No. 6474 of 2021).
