2. This is a peculiar case in which the eviction proceeding is being delayed by the landlord himself.

3. The evidence of the landlord was concluded in the year 2010. In the year 2017, the landlord has prayed for opening of the evidence and the same has been dismissed. Then again, another application for the same cause was filed by the landlord which was again dismissed on 02.02.2018.

4. The petitioner-landlord has not been able to make out a case for interference. This application is dismissed with cost.
