The petitioner is the informant of Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016. She has filed the present application for directing the respondent authorities to arrest respondent no.5 in connection with the said case. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. In para 6 of the counter affidavit, it has been stated that the accused Ram Balak Mahto (Respondent no.5) has been arrested by the police on 26.03.2017 and remanded to judicial custody. In para 7 of the counter affidavit, it has been stated that

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.354 of 2017(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 on completion of investigation the police have already submitted charge-sheet no. 81 of 2017 dated 31.03.2017. In that view of the matter, since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the application has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
