JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2024 Though the present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No.53 of 2019 (arising out of NCB/PZUV/15/2019), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29 and 23(c) of the NDPS Act, pending before the learned Court of 12th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after a lapse of one year from today, in case there is no substantial progress in the ongoing trial.
