Taking into consideration that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S.
