JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 592 of 2019, Special Case No. 111/19, registered for offences punishable under Sections 20(b)II(A)(B) of the NDPS Act.

Allegation is of recovery of altogether 2.99 kg of ganja from the petitioner and one co-accused, out of which, there is recovery of 1.2 kg of ganja from the bag of petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case and he has been in judicial custody since 09.09.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1641 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 submissions, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -IX, Patna, in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 592 of 2019, Special Case No. 111/19, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
