JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,341,427,307,379,447 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the informant, his wife and uncle. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Shakindra Rai with iron rod.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though Shakindra Rai received one fracture injury also but the petitioner side also received injury and there is a counter case also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.778 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014.
