JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 16-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.271 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, I find that at para-3 of the bail application, it is mentioned that petitioner has no criminal antecedent but from the confessional statement of co-accused Sheshnath Rai at para-34 of the case diary, it is evident that the petitioner has criminal antecedent and he has suppressed this fact from the Court.

In this view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13251 of 2021(3) dt.16-09-2021 2/2 rejected.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after a period of six months from today. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
