Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that shop of the petitioner was raided and from the shop of the petitioner passport, pan card, driving license visa, income and caste certificate and rubber stamps were recovered. It appears that nobody has seen the petitioner forging any document. Petitioner is in jail since 21.09.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2837 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Katihar in Barsoai P.S. Case No. 159 of 2014.
