JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard Sri Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 14.7.2016 in Madhaura P.S. Case No. 336 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 188, 308, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A )/54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016 has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was apprehended on an allegation of recovery of 8 liters of sprit. He submits that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is having

Case No. 336 of 2016.
